I thought to myself, that now is such a sad time without the possibility to travel and I thought of looking for some of the most beautiful buildings of the new era, so you can make an eye like međŻ
And this one took my breath away, so I became more interested in it …
WHO was the architect, WHY like this…and I wonder more and more…
HOUSE IN THE GATERIA đ
This zigzag-shaped holiday home in northern Portugal features a series of tiered levels designed by Lisbon architecture studio Camarim Arquitectos, which evoke a "walk in nature" excited me.
Casa na Gateira by Camarim Arquitectos in Portugal residential architecture concrete
Camarim Arquitectos designed Casa na Gateira as a second home for the British couple and followed the brief term âspace, outdoor air and silence, unlike their life in London".
In one word,,PERFECTLY,,
It is located on the side of a hill overlooking the highest mountain range in Portugal, Serra de Estrela.
The land is surrounded by vineyards, pines and olive trees, which led architects to consider it, how to respond to the landscape and its combination of nature, agriculture and traditional architecture.
The crank slate wall gives the house a traditional rustic look when viewed from the nearby road. The rest of the structure extends into the side of the hill, hiding the true scale of the building.
I haven't seen a more beautiful place in a long time, i love olives, I love the combination of nature and traditionally modern architecture đŻ
My trip to Portugal will not miss trying to find this beautiful houseđ
With love,
IvĂ
