Nowadays, it is almost a rarity. Lie down in bed in the evening and fall asleep with a calm head. Most of us have a big problem with that, someone works into the night and looks at their computer monitor, someone relaxes in front of the TV, 90% he is looking at the phone from us. This is all wrong, all this harms healthy sleep.

Try to do something for yourself, pro to, to wake up in the morning to sleep and truly rest. After all, we spend up to a third of our lives sleeping. So let's repeat a few rules for healthy sleep:

  1. 8 Hours of sleep a day is the perfect time for everyone. There are only a minimum of people, which is enough to sleep less. Try to sleep 6-8 hours a day, try going to bed at regular times 😊
  2. It is not bad to stretch before bed, play sports, run. Regular physical activity of sleep is beneficial.
  3. Counting sheep : ideal before bed is a monotonous activity.
  4. Sleep after lunch? Yes, but at most 20 minutes, prolonged sleep can disrupt your night's sleep.
  5. Alcohol before bed – one glass of wine or one small beer is recommended. Every other glass disrupts our sleep.
  6. Regularity : the same habits are ideal, food, old, relax, sleep. And all this at a regular time.
  7. If you remember your dreams, it testifies to that, that you sleep intermittently, we often wake up. On the contrary, if we do not remember our dreams, we sleep well 😊
  8. Yawning is not just a sign of fatigue, it's a reflex, which keeps our cannon awake in difficult situations.
