  • 400 (g) ricotta cheese
  • 100 (g) sugar
  • lemon peel
  • 0,05 l cream
  • Pears, sliced

And how to do it?

Pastry press in shape for the body and bake for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the ricotta, sugar, lemon peel and cream filling, the fill baked corpus, divide the sliced pears on top, gently put the sugar and let bake again for another 20-25 minutes.
