Children under half a year age they should drink 150 ml on 1 kg, children from 0,5 to 1 year 120 ml on 1 kg, Kids from 1 year and weight above 10 kg should accept 1 liter more 50 ml of fluids per 1 kg weight a older children weighing more than 20 kg they should drink 1,5 liter and more 20 ml of fluids for each kg of weight.
And as for the adults, it is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of unsweetened and non-carbonated water per day. Always approx 1 a glass in half an hour.
