Whether we want to or not, food and exercise are VERY CLOSELY RELATED. Without food, we would have no energy at all for proper exercise. Before you start exercising, eat at least 2 hours in advance ! More carbohydrate foods are recommended.

And you can reach for fruit right after your workout, e.g.. banana as a quick snack and then a nutritious dinner … e.g.. salmon / turkey meat, vegetables. Eggs are also suitable, avocado and always lots of vegetables!
