And I also belong to those, who not only like to collect mushrooms, but she also likes to eat it 😍 BECAUSE OUR IVULKA LOVES MUSHROOMS SOUP, I will tell you today the recipe for the best mushroom soup, after which your whole family will lick 🙂

You will need the following:

40 g of dried mushrooms, 1 carrots, 1 parsley, 1 onion, 50 (g) butter, 150 ml of cooking cream, 2 potatoes, 800 ml of mushroom broth / if you do not have, just water, 2 sprigs of fresh dill, caraway seeds, pepper, Salt.

Fresh mushrooms are best, which only approx 15 stew for a few minutes with a little water and possibly olive oil. Peel a carrot and parsley and grate finely. Peel an onion and cut it into cubes. Fry the onion in butter together with the root vegetables. Add mushrooms and stir. Pour mushroom broth over everything / with water, optionally add broth.

Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook them in the soup. Season the soup with salt and pepper as needed. Once the potatoes are cooked, mix the soup with a stick mixer / YOU CAN, YOU DON'T HAVE … I DO NOT. Pour cream into the soup and cook for a short time.
