Today “plank” : Plank is one of the most challenging, but also the most effective exercises ever. It can be a lot of hard work to persevere in this conflict for even a minute. Properly executed plank is one of the most complex exercises, as they exist. Strengthens the arms, back, belly, respectively the whole center of the body, which we call the core.
