- 1 x puff pastry
- 3 x Apple
- 0,5 the package of vanilla sugar
- a handful of walnuts
- 2 SC vanilla sugar
- 30 (g) butter
- eggs
Break out the puff pastry and grate the apples. Toss apples with sugar and pudding – the concentrated apples and apple strudel will not spill out. Place the mixture on the dough, Sprinkle nuts, poklademe slices of butter and we'll roll up. Brush with egg and bake at about 180° 25 minutes 💛
