  1. First we prepare the pizza dough. Mix flour and water in a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and salt and make the dough 👌 Put it in a bowl, wrap in food foil and leave 1 – 2 the clock stand for. Then cover with a towel and leave for approx 45 minutes to rise.
  2. Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin pancake, which we place on a tray with baking paper. Bake the pizza without the topping 8 – 15 minutes, until the edges are slightly browned.
  3. Mix the arugula in a bowl, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Let it marinate for a while.
  4. Place slices of ham on the hot pizza immediately after baking, pieces of cheese, marinated arugula and drizzle with creamy balsamic.
