When Mr. Tomáš first arrived at M-Palác in Brno, which it was on the recommendation of our mutual friend, he tried to convince me, that he is satisfied in his body and does not want to change anything about his current life.
He couldn't imagine his life without hamburgers and sweets. Today he is a completely different person. He has surprised me many times, what about yours “the new one” he started eating healthier, found out and how much he was willing to reach into his comfortable life and forgive himself, for example, his favorite pancakes with Nutella.
And the change is huge. And it is far from over, his goal is somewhere else entirely 🙂
But I must also mention the most important thing, Mr. Tomáš has a wonderful wife, which supports him all the time and keeps him in shape, when one's own will falters.
