Flambé pineapple:
- 1 pineapple
- 1/2 bunch of mint (and basil)
- 2 spoon of butter
- 2 spoon of cane sugar
- 100 ml of alcohol with a content higher than 40%
Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple and peel it with a knife. Remove the hard center and slice the pineapple. Heat the pan and let the sugar slowly caramelize on it. When it starts to dissolve, add butter and mix well. Place the pineapple in the caramel and heat, until slightly softened. Add alcohol at the end, ignite and let it burn out gradually.
