Yogurt cookies

Are you looking for something light and good with coffee or for the kids for a snack? MUJSALON.COM brings you a TIP for biscuits 🙂 You can improve them with marmalade from seasonal fruits.

You will need these ingredients:

  • 300 g of plain flour
  • 150 g of sugar semolina
  • 12 g of baking powder
  • 1 eggs
  • 250 g of white yogurt
  • cane sugar for sprinkling
  • 1 lžička vanilkového extraktu
  • pinch of salt

Mix flour with baking powder in a bowl, sugar, vanilla and egg. Add yogurt to the dough and mix, until a smooth, lump-free dough is formed. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and use a spoon or a decorating bag to spread piles of dough on it, far enough apart, so that they don't stick together during baking. Lightly sprinkle the surface with cane sugar and let it bake 180 degrees to 10 minutes or until they start to turn golden on the edges.
