Today, we have once again amazing gluten-free recipe – COCOA ROULADE WITHOUT FLOUR.

Roll is light how to prepare, so on digestion :).

You will need a:

  • eggs – 5 Pcs
  • sugar meal – 100 (g)
  • quality cocoa – 3 Tablespoons
  • 1x whipped cream
  • 1x whipped cream reforetor
  • pinch of salt
  • grease for sheet metal plating

Divide the eggs into egg yolks and egg whites. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix both masses carefully and deliver cocoa. Put baking paper on the baking sheet and then eremit the fat. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake in a very heated oven on 220 C, 5-8 min. Stand and cook baking at the oven. The roladá is very light for, but strictly follow the procedure, the recipe can easily go wrong.

Once the roll is baked, still warm it roll it up. As soon as it cools down, grease the stick with a snarled pedal with a stiffener – but may not be. Let the prepared roll cool on the 3 h to fridge.

Serve with hot espresso and wormy fruit.
