NASI GORENG is one of the most advanced in Asia rice dishes. I had the opportunity to taste it to BALI and a recipe from a local chef I brought home. The Balinese love this food and consume it wanted in the morning. Try NASI GORENG ready instead of the classic Saturday breakfast, you will be pleasantly surprised, will supply you with a lot of force and avoid the heavy pastries :)).
You will need a:
– Basmati rice 300 (g)
– spring onion or shallots
– garlic 3-4 cloves
– chili peppers or chili paste
– chicken breasts 200 (g)
– 3 eggs
– 3 tbsp sunflower oil
– soy sauce
– Green herbs and fresh vegetables for garnish
– Salt, pepper
Cook the rice in salted water. Calm day ahead, then you will not be so much glue. You then FRY onion in a frying pan, garlic, chilli pepper and set aside.
