My honey gingerbread ♥

Today we baked gingerbread with the girls … we will probably have to make a second batch, because there are already a lot of them 😀 ♥
they are just great, and that's why I'm going to share the recipe with you 🙂

you need to:
• 3 eggs
• 200g powdered sugar
• 100g of butter
• 6 soup. spoon of liquid honey
• 1/2 a bag of gingerbread spices
• 1 heaped soup spoons of cocoa
• 600g plain flour (prose)
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1 a teaspoon of baking powder for gingerbread

procedure:
Egg, mix sugar and butter well, Add honey, spices and cocoa. Sift the flour, mix with soda and baking powder in the gingerbread and pour the prepared liquid mixture and work the dough first with a wooden spoon and then by hand. Wrap in microtene foil and leave to rest, preferably at min. 12h. Before baking, Take the dough out of the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to room temperature. We'll roll out, flour as needed and cut as desired 🙂 Bake in a warm oven for 170-200 stupňů, according to the performance of your oven.

I have had this recipe for x years and we do not bake other gingerbreads for Christmas or Easter. It is a big advantage, that they are soft immediately after baking – if you don't make them too thin, they are nice and crispy.

Try it out, I RECOMMEND them to you 🙂

And more frosting:
1 white – beat into snow
180g sifted powdered sugar – add little by little to the whipped snow, season with squeezed lemon juice 🙂
The icing always hardens and does not run 🙂 The coloring may or may not be according to your imagination. We will probably start decorating today, if we succeed, I promise you an additional photo 🙂 ♥
