Chopped Roast with mascarpone

We bring you another tip for a great meal 🙂 Meatloaf in an unusual combination with Mascarpone cheese and a raw ham crust. You can buy the ingredients for this recipe here!


Raw materials:
– 500 g of ground veal or beef
– 200 (g) Mascarpone Brazzale
– 2 eggs
– 80 g raw ham
– 2 heaping spoons of grated Gran Moravia cheese
– 150 g stewed ham
– 60 (g) butter
– 20 g breadcrumbs
– salt

Procedure:
Turn the oven on 180 stupňů. Finely mince the ham and sauteed in a bowl, mix it with black meat, Mascarpone cheese and grated Gran Moravia. Add two eggs and add salt. Baking Bowl clear butter, Sprinkle the bread crumbs and fill the bottom half of the prosciutto crudo. On this layer give a mixture of minced meat and cover with the other half of the prosciutto crudo. Bake for approx. 1 hodinu. Let cool, cut into slices and serve with fresh annex.
