1) Since when have you been involved in this hairdressing profession. How did you get to her??
I have been working in the hairdressing profession for a year 1989, because I consider it one of the most beautiful professions in the world. Hair and hair salons have always fascinated me. Even as a little girl I spent hours combing the family - who was willing to sit as a model - and that probably decided. Of course, everything has evolved tremendously since then , from technology, through materials and processes. I regularly educate myself in the field , I attend training in the Czech Republic and abroad and I try to maintain the highest available qualification .
2) Where do you get inspiration for your work??
I probably get the most inspiration for my work from regular participation in trainings , but also from fashion magazines and trends. Every hairdresser should be at least a little creative and know what will suit him according to the type of customer, recommend and advise, but of course the final decision is up to the client. So that I can give the best possible advice, I completed a make-up requalification course, design and consulting.
3) How demanding is owning a business?
For me, business is very challenging, because my first priority is client satisfaction, which requires constant monitoring of market news . Thus, my work never ends. It's not just news from hairdressing practice and care about the salon, but also the way of approaching the client via social networks and websites and, unfortunately, not so interesting things like accounting etc.
4) Do you have a professional dream or goal??
yes i have. My closest professional dream is the so-called hairdressing Oscar, which I signed up for, which means a series of training and exams, which, if I manage to pass, I will receive the 360°Master award, which is one of the highest qualifications, that I can achieve in the world of professional hairdressing.
5) What does your typical day at the salon look like??
My typical day at the salon is about the same as most hairdressers. I am getting ready for the arrival of customers, I will make them coffee, which they get from us as attention , so that they experience their visit with us as a pleasant relaxation. We approach each client with respect and dignity, that's why they like to come back to us. After that, I try to devote myself fully to my work all day and I'm happy, when the client leaves satisfied and above all beautiful. Well, I have papers waiting for me in the evening and I'm looking on the web and thinking about improving the quality. In my opinion, the worst thing for business is stagnation.
6) What cosmetics do you like to work with the most?? Could you recommend some quality preparations??
I have been working with REVLON Professional cosmetics for a long time . Spanish cosmetics Revlon has been supplying its customers with products since 1932. 7) Do you recommend any special care during the summer and possibly. even after the summer in hair care?

Hard to advise, what to try. I tried to combine comprehensive services in the salon, so that clients can really relax with us and on time, when we all have so little time, they could treat themselves to several procedures together in one place.
