Tulles by Tess are tulle wrap skirts made from soft tulle.
The skirts are wraparound, universal size. You can tie it around your waist, over the navel or on the hips.
They are mostly made from approx. 18-20m2, they have 6-7 layers of tulle, so they are rich and there is no need for a petticoat 24 layers.
There is a Czech satin ribbon at the waist, which is in the color of tulle or other.
