You love sun-dried tomatoes? But you don't want to spend money on expensive packaging in the store? Then we have a great tip for HOME DRIED TOMATOES. You can do it in a few hours 🙂

Right now is the best time, when to start drying them, the rich taste and aroma of tomatoes will be perfectly highlighted.

Potřebujete: tomatoes, Salt, oil (sunflower or olive); according to taste: oregano, basil, garlic. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and remove the seeds with a spoon. Place baking paper on the baking sheet, dry the tomatoes with a paper cloth, place on a baking sheet and salt. Bake 4-8 hours, according to the power of the oven. The temperature of the 90 – 110 stupňů.

Allow the dried tomatoes to cool in room temperature, then put in a prepared bottle (with lockable lid). We interseak herbs, garlic and spices and pour in the oil, that the tomatoes are submerged. Leave at least 2 let it rest for a few days and then use it according to taste 🙂
