How are you doing with the diets?? You are experimenters in diets or you prefer to entrust yourself to the more learned in the field, e.g.. nutritionists.
I belong to the first group 🙂 I tried a lot of them - starting with the fat-eating soup and ending with the box diet. I even tortured myself with Neera - I was so sick with it, but her friend lost a lot of weight thanks to her, so i had to try. And you know what? I just gained weight every time 🙂 And then a miracle happened. I screwed up on everything and suddenly it went down. I ate whenever I wanted and whatever I wanted, and I even sneered. I love sweets, so diets really don't matter to me.
I worked it out so far today, that I only drink water and coffee (and really a lot - espresso lungo is a little coffee for me). 3 large cups of coffee with milk resist all diets, but they are excellent for my taste buds. Eat everything I find in the fridge, I love grilled meat and gummy bears 🙂
And what is my recommendation for eternal dieticians? Start eating! Eat regularly, indulge in everything in moderation (there are so many goodies in the world, what you need to taste). Meet a new friend in the form of movement, Fruit is a good dessert, and vegetables is a daily necessity. And especially, be happy 🙂
I'm not saying, that I live somehow healthy, but it works. I learned to eat all the time and thanks to that I'm quite happy with myself and I think so, that is the basis of success. Be satisfied with yourself 🙂
