You love summer and barbecues? Then we have another tip for you … recipe, which will make you a TOP hostess 😉 Chicken skewers … amazing marinated chicken, grilled vegetables and some great (healthy of course) sauce to go with it 🙂
I bring you my tip!
- 500g of chicken breast
- 6 small onions
- 2 red peppers
- 6 mushrooms
- spices to taste
- garlic, Salt, pepper
Cut the meat into medium-sized cubes, chop the pepper, clean the mushrooms and cut out the stem. Peel the onion, cut into quarters. Put the meat on the skewer one by one, onions, pepper and mushroom. Of course, there are no limits to other vegetables or other meat 🙂 If you are grilling … shup with prepared skewers on the grill. If you bake, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and leave approx 40 minutes to bake.
As a side dish, I recommend either American potatoes, or just vegetables. And or … if you really care about me, then white yogurt with cucumber, garlic and finely chopped chives. Yum!!! 🙂
