It's a big yum and you can use any ,,seasonal,, fruit 🙂 or without fruit, like I did for the children – they don't know what is good yet 😀
Sometimes, instead of fruit, I add boiled vanilla pudding and apples with cinnamon mixed with sugar 🙂 ..there are no limits to imagination, try whatever comes to your mind.
Rybízovo angreštový pie with crumble
raw materials:
– 1,5a cup of flour (a cup smooth and half a cup semi-coarse)
– 1cup sugar kr.
– 1a mug of milk
– a quarter of a cup of oil
– 2eggs
– half a bag of baking powder
– vanilla sugar
– pinch of salt
– fruit to taste 🙂
procedure:
– mix everything except the fruit
– delete sheet's – I use the homemade lard – and the flour vysypeme hl.
– pour the batter and add as much fruit as you like – I used currants and gooseberries and added cocoa to the rest of the dough – because of children, currants are not necessary 🙂
– in the end I sprinkled with crumbs (how much sugar, how much butter and sprinkle with semi-coarse flour – until the mixture ,,crumbs,,)
– bake at approx. 190 degrees. about 15-20 minutes – crumb nicely golden
It is a very tasty cake on plate :-). Good taste!
