HOW DO YOU MAKE GOOD ,,KVAŠÁKY,,?

Cucumber season is here.. What with big cucumber? What should KVAŠÁKY ? Here is my recipe, how we have been doing them for 4 years now 🙂 Not only our friends are looking forward to them again this year and they are really the BEST! Try it yourself 🙂

We need it:
– overgrown cucumbers
– grape leaves, dill, horseradish, onions
– green tomato, green apple
– allspice, whole pepper, Bay leaf, Salt
– water and bigger glasses (according to the photo 3l and 1,5l)

Procedure:
– we fold cucumbers pierced with a fork into a glass and form floors
– grape leaf, dill, cucumbers, horseradish, onions, allspice, whole pepper, Bay leaf, half a green tomato and half a small green apple (two halves are enough for a 3l glass and we give a small apple about three halves)
– so we make the floors up to the top of the glass. We do not save dill and horseradish!!
– fill the glasses with cold water, cucumbers must be dipped! We give 1.5 l of water 1,5 stick figure of salt. Cover only with a bag, so that it ,,he was breathing,, and we load the stone (see photo)
– place somewhere on the ground and leave to ferment at room temperature. About for 7 up to 14 days should already be fermented – it needs to be tasted.
– how they will be finished according to your taste, it is good to store them in the refrigerator, to stop the fermentation process
