SMOOTHIE AS A FAT BURNER

We need to prepare:

  • Orange
  • banana
  • 1 a spoonful of coconut oil
  • 1/4tbsp ginger powder
  • 1/4 lžíce jogurtu s nízkým obsahem tuku
  • 2 tablespoon dried whey

Vše smícháme v mixéru a smoothie je připravené. Doporučujeme drink in the morning on an empty stomach. You will feel full of energy and burn fat at the same time.
